Jim,  I am so sorry  to hear that Margaret lost her battle!  We will keep you all in our prayers and ask our Lord to give you the strength to get through this most difficult time.  The O'Rafferty girls were all close and when we lose one we all mourn.  We will remember her smile and laughter!

Jim,from the north end neighborhood. Growing up with Margaret and the LaFay family was close to those summer time haunts that were very close to the fishing and bike riding near the grand river dam and the north end. My association had always been at their house with the brothers Bill and Bob during our summers growing up around their neghbohood and Margret was always kind and willing person to make lemonade during those lazy days of summer. Margret and her mother would make 'dough balls' for bait to fish for the fiesty carp near the dam and park. I will say that she and her family were a cherished part of my life and their kindness will always be remembered. Peace and Love, Tom Rother.
